Freedom of Speech

With the upcoming Beijing olympics,I strongly believe that everyone is waiting for the opening of the olympics in August with great anticipation.To my dismay,I realise that many people who have misunderstanding over the issue of Tibet have decided to seize this opportunity to "hijack" the torch relay in order to get worldwide attention to their cause. One of my favourite news channels,BBC, have decided to amplify the noise created by those activists;despite the very fact these people do not really represent the views of the mainstream society.


Simply,I am perplexed by how the western media potrayed the entire "crackdown" on the Tibetian monks by China given the fact that these perpetrators of violence were the ones who created havoc and unrest in Tibet.Moreover,the monks were the ones who killed and attacked innocent people on the streets.Even with these solid evidence,the western media feels that their "version " of story should be what had happened on 14 of March.

The torch relays in Paris and London were tainted by those quasi-activists who claimed to fight for the rights of Tibet.However,I feel that there are more urgent problems in Africa which need to get urgent attention to.These problems are starvation,civil wars and sanitary problems.I wonder why "Reporters Without Borders" aren't fighting for rights of the Africans.

I am really shocked when I saw virtually all western media sang in unison over the disruptions in Olympic torch relays.This is what they say" this is human right ,those activists have the right to protest during the torsc relay".Does this mean they condone all their acts of violence?

I really wonder why no one decided to boycott 1996 Atlanta olympics over US police treatment of black criminals and the 2000 Sydney olympics over Australian mistreatment of Australians native people.

If like they say,Chinese should leave Tibet.Than ,relatively,Americans,Canadians and Australians should leave their country as well.well,lets see if anyone would boycott 2012 olympics for UK's particiapation in 2003 US-led Irag war.

Wow ! After I deleted my blog last july ,I finally realised that I have made a mistake coz I find that speed in typing has slowed down .At the same time, my spelling is becoming worse than before.

Afterall,i find that it is the best way to kill time ,especially during the 7-week long vacation.
